# Roomza

> Roomza is the room-level truth layer of hospitality. It scores hotel rooms

> derived from the open web. Hotels cannot edit or purchase scores, so the ranking

Roomza is available to AI assistants as a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.
Connect it once and an assistant can search hotels, read room-level scores and verified
reviews, check live pricing, see what's nearby, and (after the user signs in) manage that
user's trips, preferences, and special requests, and secure a specific room with Room Lock.
Bookings made on Roomza never affect scores. The guest never pays more than the hotel's
own price; Roomza keeps a small share of what the guest pays. Every Roomza-booked stay
carries the Love Your Room Guarantee: love the room, or say why not in the review and
Roomza pays the guest at least $25, then pursues the hotel on the guest's behalf for
more, up to the full value of the stay (above $25 comes from what the hotel refunds).
Room Lock adds the
exact-room ask on top: the room is requested by name. Guests can book with or without
an account; a free account adds the member rate.
