Our Story
Roomza was founded in 2020 by hoteliers and ran its own hotels until 2025. Three properties, five years, 150,000 guests, and one lesson: the room matters more than the name on the building. So we closed our hotels and built the truth about every room.

Mission that changed everything
The room is the only unit that matters.
2020
Twenty years across Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, IHG, and OYO. Front desk to Area VP, Les Clefs d'Or concierge to five-brand GM certification. We started Roomza to run hotels the way we always believed they should be run.
2022 to 2025
New York, Baltimore, New Orleans. A 93 NPS. And a growing suspicion that everything guests loved or hated came down to one unit nobody measured: the room.
2024
Same floor, same type. One had forty glowing reviews; the other, noise complaints every single stay. The difference was a wall. The industry had been averaging away the truth for decades.
2025
You can run three great hotels, or you can fix the information problem for all of them. We chose the second. Roomza relaunched in November 2025 as the room-level truth layer.
Today
Thousands of hotels in the network, every score tied to a verified stay, and a Trust Charter that means hotels can see the truth but never buy it.
The founder
“Travel and truth
heal the world.”
Curtis Crimmins, Founder
When people move across cities, countries, and cultures, they come home changed. And when they can trust the information guiding those decisions, they move more freely. That is the world Roomza is building toward.
The housekeepers, front desk teams, maintenance crews, and night auditors who kept showing up when the world stopped. You are the reason guests remember a stay. You deserve tools that reflect that.
You spend hundreds of dollars on a room and you have no idea what you're getting until you open the door. That is not good enough. You deserve verified, specific, honest information, room by room.
The owners and GMs who pour everything into their properties and receive a single star rating back. You built something room by room. You deserve feedback the same way.
We’re not a review site.
We’re the room-level truth layer of hospitality.
Anyone can leave a star rating. Only guests who actually stayed, and can prove it, can leave a Roomza review. Every score is tied to a real reservation at a real room on a real night.
