Billing, invoices, and cancelling

Everything about your subscription is self-serve.

The billing portal

Click your name in the top-right of the dashboard and choose Plan & billing. That opens your secure Stripe portal, where you can:

• Update your card or payment method
• Switch between monthly and annual
• Download every invoice
• Cancel your subscription

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period, and your account simply returns to the free Discovery plan. Your data, rooms, reviews, and scores all stay; only the paid features lock.

Annual terms

Annual plans save two months and run on a 1-year term, cancellable with 30 days notice.

No commissions, ever

Roomza does not take booking commissions and is not paid by hotels for placement. Your plan price is the entire cost, and nothing about paying (or not paying) changes your score. That is a structural promise: payment buys tools, never the number.
