Where to upgrade

Managers on the free plan have an Upgrade entry at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar. Any locked feature's card also links straight to the upgrade page.

What happens when you upgrade

You confirm your room count, then checkout runs through Stripe and takes a minute. Every Intelligence feature unlocks immediately: the Worklist populates from your existing reviews, per-room analytics appear, and QR signage becomes printable. Nothing needs re-importing; your data was there all along.

Choosing monthly or annual

Roomza Intelligence is $3 per room per month, or $30 per room per year on annual, which is two months free. Annual also includes custom-designed signage for every room. Both carry the $300 monthly minimum ($3,000 per year on annual). You can switch between the two any time from the billing portal.

Portfolios and large hotels

Portfolio pricing is scoped to your operation, so it starts with a conversation rather than a checkout: sales@roomza.com.
