Roomza has one free plan and one paid plan. Room scores are free for anyone to browse; the paid plan is about putting that data to work.

Discovery (free)

Claim your hotel and you're on Discovery: recommended by AI assistants, a public hotel profile you control, the Roomza concierge embeddable on your own site, Guest Arrival Briefs by email, free reservation import, and the ability to earn when AI uses your verified room data. No card, no time limit.

Roomza Intelligence ($3 per room/month, $300 monthly minimum)

Everything included, one plan:

• The Worklist: guest feedback becomes a deduped, severity-ranked queue of what to fix first, routed to the right department.
• Trends and blind-spot alerts on every room, including patterns that cross rooms (a floor, a room line, a room type).
• What guests say across the open web, mapped to specific rooms.
• The Arrivals dashboard with guest preferences and special requests.
• Your own AI concierge on your site and app, speaking in your voice and answering from your room data, with insights from every guest conversation.
• Review Integrity dispute reports.
• QR signage for every room, plus connecting your rooms and scores to your own AI tools.

Your price is your room count times $3, with a $300 monthly minimum per hotel. You state your room count at checkout; we verify it against your room list and public information, and your number is always what we bill on.
