Standard rooms run small with mirrors used to fake more space. Beds are generally comfy but some report sagging mattresses. Bathrooms are dated in base rooms, cleaner and updated in club-floor rooms. Views of Namsan or the Han River are a genuine highlight. Hallway noise can bleed in on busy weekends. Not great cash value, but solid on points.
