The views are spectacular but totally weather-dependent. The bed and linens are genuinely good, Frette sheets and a solid pillow menu, though some guests on lower floors complain the mattress feels cheap. Rooms can smell of cigarette smoke, carpets show dirt, the AC works only on high or not at all, and blackout curtains leak light. You pay a sky-high premium mostly for altitude.
