How Roomza bookings reach your hotel
Where a Roomza reservation shows up, how an exact-room ask arrives, and how partner hotels connect directly.
Guests book your rooms on Roomza. Here is what that looks like from your side.
Where the reservation shows up
A Roomza booking reaches you through our distribution partner, the same way bookings from other channels do. It lands in your system with the guest's name, dates, and rate, and you run it like any other reservation. Once your hotel confirmation number is on it, the guest sees that number on their Roomza trip page.
The exact-room ask
At some hotels a guest can book a room by its number. That request is written on the reservation, and the Guest Arrival Brief lists the guest's requests before they arrive. You assign rooms the way you always have; what Roomza adds is the ask, in writing, in time for you to act on it. When you can honor it, say so at check-in. The guest's review afterward is tied to the room they actually got.
Connecting directly
Partner hotels get a Roomza extranet, and direct booking through API integrations with Mews, Cloudbeds, apaleo, and Oracle OPERA. Distribution with Roomza costs less than Expedia, Booking.com, and Airbnb. To set it up, write to sales@roomza.com with your property and your PMS.
What a booking never does
Bookings do not touch scores. A hotel with a hundred Roomza stays and a hotel with none are scored the same way, from what guests say about the rooms. See the Trust Charter.
