AI discovery and your hotel's live data feed

How AI assistants read your property, and how to connect your data to your own tools.

When travelers ask an AI assistant where to stay, the assistant can only recommend what it can read. Roomza makes your property readable.

What AI assistants see

Your claimed profile, room details, scores, verified reviews, and the facts you add (amenities, direct booking link, house notes) are served to AI assistants as structured, live data. The AI Discovery page in your dashboard shows how complete that feed is and where it flows today.

Your hotel's own feed (Intelligence and up)

Beyond the shared directory, Intelligence hotels get a private, hotel-scoped feed: a live line from your property that tools like Claude and ChatGPT can read directly. Under the hood it is an MCP server (Model Context Protocol, the standard AI tools use to read external data) with a key that acts as the password.

To connect one: copy your key from the AI Discovery page, then add the feed as an MCP server in Claude, ChatGPT, or your own agent, using the key as the bearer token. Your revenue tools, chat widgets, or a portfolio dashboard can all read the same live data.

Keep the key private

The key grants read access to your hotel's feed. If it leaks, regenerate it from the same page and the old one stops working immediately.
