Emails Roomza sends you
The Monday digest, instant low-review alerts, arrival briefs, and how to turn each on or off.
Roomza is built to come to you, so the dashboard is the deep dive, not a daily chore. Managers get three kinds of email.
The Monday digest
Once a week: your score and 30-day trend, new reviews and their average, the top items on your Worklist, and, if review request emails are off, how many guests are waiting to be asked. A quiet week with nothing to report sends nothing at all.
Low-review alerts
The moment a review of 2 out of 5 or lower lands, every manager gets an email with the score breakdown and the guest's comment, plus a Read and respond link. Responding to a bad review within a day or two is the single best-documented reputation habit; this makes it hard to miss the window.
Guest Arrival Briefs
Before a Roomza-booked guest arrives, the front desk gets a brief with their preferences, loyalty program, and special requests. These are part of every plan, including the free one.
Turning things on and off
The digest and low-review alerts each have a toggle at Settings, then Property, under Notifications. They apply per hotel, so a portfolio can configure each property separately.
