Claim your hotel

Claiming your hotel takes about two minutes and is free on the Discovery plan. No card, no commitment.

How it works

1. Go to roomza.com/signup and search for your property. We match against a database of more than 6,000 hotels; if yours is missing you can add it manually.
2. Enter your name, work email, and a password.
3. That's it. You land in a short setup wizard, and every step of it is skippable.

Instant verification with a work email

If your email address is on the same domain as your hotel's website (for example gm@hotelexample.com when your site is hotelexample.com), your property is verified instantly.

If you sign up with a personal address (Gmail, Outlook, and so on), your account still works right away, and we mail a verification letter to the property. See Verify your property for how that works.

What claiming gets you

• Your hotel is marked as claimed, which ranks it ahead of unclaimed properties in Roomza search.
• You control your profile: photos, star rating, direct booking link, and review policy.
• AI assistants that read Roomza data can recommend your property by name.
• Guest Arrival Briefs are sent to your inbox before every Roomza booking arrives.
