Verify your property
How postal verification works, where to enter your code, and what to do if the letter never arrives.
Verification proves to guests and AI assistants that the person managing this profile actually manages the hotel.
Two ways to verify
Instant. Sign up with a work email on your hotel's website domain and you're verified on the spot. Nothing to do.
By mail. If your email doesn't match your hotel's domain, we mail a letter to the property's street address. It usually arrives within 5 business days and contains a code that looks like RZ-7K2M4X.
Entering your code
- Sign in to your dashboard.
- Click the amber Verification pending banner in the sidebar (or go to Settings, then Verify).
- Type the code from your letter and click Verify property. Verification is immediate.
You get 10 attempts. The code works with or without the RZ- prefix, and capitalization doesn't matter.
Letter never arrived?
Mail gets lost. Email support@roomza.com and we will resend the letter or verify you another way. The same applies if you used all 10 attempts.
Why bother?
Verified hotels rank ahead of unclaimed and unverified ones, show a verified badge to guests, and unlock trust-sensitive features like Review Defense reports.
