Managers and associates, departments, and what each person sees when they sign in.

Roomza is built for the whole property, not just the GM. Add your team at Settings, then Team.

Roles

  • Managers see and control everything: settings, billing, imports, team, and all data.
  • Associates get the day-to-day surfaces (Today, Rooms, Reviews, the Worklist) without settings or billing.

Departments route work automatically

Assign an associate a department and their sign-in starts where their work is:

  • Engineering and Housekeeping land directly on their department's open queue in the Worklist.
  • Front Desk sees today's arrivals promoted on their home screen, plus noise issues (the category the desk hears about first).

Guest feedback is routed to departments automatically: a plumbing complaint becomes an Engineering item, a cleanliness pattern becomes Housekeeping's, with no manual triage.

A note on turnover

Staff change; the setup doesn't. When someone leaves, remove them in one click and invite their replacement. Their department's queue and history stay intact.
