Signal from the open web
How Roomza maps public content about your property to specific rooms.
Guests talk about your property in public: video walkthroughs, posts, and reviews across the open web. Roomza's Exposure features (Intelligence plan and up) collect that signal and, where possible, map it to specific rooms.
How room mapping works
Roomza scans public content for room-specific signals: a room number in the text, a described view or floor, a video filmed in a recognizable room. When a public review carries a guest's name, Roomza can cross-reference it against your imported reservation list and attribute it to the exact room with no room number needed. That matching runs entirely on data you already hold.
Where you see it
The Exposure page shows web mentions, videos, and room-mapped signal side by side with your first-party reviews. Room pages show open-web content about that specific room.
What it does and doesn't touch
Open-web signal informs insights and helps you see your property the way the internet sees it. Your Roomza score is built from guest reviews under your review policy; see How scores work for exactly what counts.
