Review policy: all reviews or verified only
One setting controls both what displays publicly and what counts toward your scores.
Your review policy lives at Settings, then Property, and it governs two things at once: which reviews are shown on your public pages, and which reviews count toward your scores. The two never disagree.
All reviews (default)
Verified and unverified reviews are displayed and scored. This is the right choice for most hotels: more signal, faster-building scores, and unverified reviews are clearly labeled wherever they appear.
Verified only
Only reviews matched to a confirmed stay are displayed or scored. Choose this if you want your public numbers backed exclusively by reservation-verified guests. Unverified reviews are still collected and visible to your team in the dashboard; they simply never touch the public side.
Changing the policy
New reviews follow the new policy immediately. Recalculating your existing scores across every room happens within 24 hours of the change. Your dashboard and public pages may disagree slightly during that window; they converge on their own.
One thing this setting is not
It is not a way to hide bad reviews. Verified negative reviews always display and always count, on either policy.
