You collect from the guest

Guests finish the booking with you. No booking commission; the Intelligence subscription is the only charge.

Pick this when you want guests to pay you, not Roomza. Roomza shows your rooms, and when a guest is ready to book we send them to your booking engine with their dates and room type filled in where your engine allows it. Later, Roomza will be able to place the booking straight into your system.

What it costs

There is no booking commission. Your property pays the Roomza Intelligence subscription, $3 per room per month with a $300 monthly minimum, the same plan as today.

Roomza promotes every property on the platform off Roomza: ads, creators, print, and press. Every campaign for your property is logged under Promotion with its cost and what came back.

What Roomza needs from you

A working booking engine link, set under Connections. Roomza fills in the guest's dates when your engine's link allows it; Cloudbeds, SynXis, TravelClick, and Mews links are recognized, and any other link works as pasted. A reservations email so exact-room asks reach your desk. When a guest books an exact room, the ask arrives in writing before they do, and you assign rooms the way you always have.
