Community guidelines
The Roomza Report and the rest of the Roomza community work because people leave honest, useful, and kind contributions. These guidelines apply to comments, reviews, and any other content you post on Roomza.
Be honest
Write from your own experience. Don’t post on behalf of a hotel, a competitor, or a vendor without disclosing it. Don’t fabricate stays, names, or details. We remove content that misrepresents who wrote it.
Be specific
The most useful comments and reviews name a room, a moment, a detail. Vague praise and vague complaints don’t help other travelers.
Be civil
You can be sharp without being personal. We remove harassment, slurs, threats, doxxing, and content targeting individuals (including hotel staff) by name in a hostile way.
No spam, no scams
No promotional links, referral codes, affiliate spam, paid reviews, or off-topic solicitations.
No illegal or harmful content
No content that’s illegal where you or we operate, that infringes copyright, or that sexualizes minors.
Moderation
We may edit lightly for clarity, hide content that breaks these rules, or block users who repeatedly violate them. We try to err on the side of leaving content up. If you think we got a call wrong, write us at hello@roomza.com.
