The hotel was amazingly beautiful. Everywhere you walk it’s a stunning view. The staff was excellent as well, especially Kalani, who’s part of the pool staff, he helped me create a bouquet of flowers from around the property and helped construct a vase out of a coconut. He single handledly made my experience so much better. I’m getting married here and his special touch helped make our special trip even better.

La fin des 1 hôtel pour moi !
Pas grand chose ! Un hôtel pour touristes américains qui n'offre rien d'authentique. Tout est payant (ca en devient ridicule). Le personnel est désagréable (en partie), les équipements ne fonctionnent pas et si vous voulez séjourner dans une barre de béton sur 9 étages alors c'est le bon endroit !
Cons Le personnel souvent très désagréable. Les prix : vous devenez des pigeons. Les chambres sombres (pas envie de cela à Hawaï), les équipements ne fonctionnent pas. Les ascenseurs de tous les côtés. L'ambiance gros hôtel pour américains (on pourrait être à las Vegas... Les restaurants qu'il faut réserver même avant d'être arrivé à Hawaï, etc.
