Gorgeous hotel, love the decor and over all style! We booked through amex and they were able to upgrade us to a junior terrace suite which was lovely! Appreciate the little details in the room like a large bathtub that filled quickly and a drinking water tap in the bathroom! The staff have all been friendly and helpful as well! We would definitely stay again in the future!

We had an outstanding stay! From the greeting at the door, to check-in, to the superb room, we loved it all. Loved the sustainability factor, all the creative details in the room--including a very well stocked snack and drink bar. Having Whole Foods next door was more than helpful a couple times and walking everywhere was easy and safe. Top notch experience and we'll always stay here when in Seattle. Kudos to Gene and his team!

This hotel in Seattle features such lovely people taking great care of their guests. In a beautiful room, featuring a soaking tub! Especially fantastic were the young man & women at the front desk, who were a joy to meet. On thurs Jan 8 & fri Jan 9 2026, I felt so happy & welcome there by everyone, & stayed in a very comfortable clean nice room- great amenities.

I experienced incredible service at arrival to the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food at the hotel is great too if you don’t feel like leaving. There are baskets of free fruit sprinkled around which was a nice treat. The room itself was cozy, clean and quiet. It came with a yoga mat, umbrella, and filtered water tap which was a pleasant surprise.

Fantastic room up to par with other 1 hotels I’ve stayed at. Loved grabbing breakfast in the mornings at Drift. Great location that put us in a central spot convenient to touristy places like Pike Place Market while also right next to the interstate to head out & visit family. 2 minute walk to Monorail Espresso - HIGHLY recommend for morning coffee.
Rooms are bright, clean, and warm with wood floors and big windows. The bed is consistently called comfortable and guests sleep quietly, though the AC runs constantly and some street noise sneaks in. Ask for a higher floor if you want Space Needle views.
