AC Hotel Seattle Downtown

First, I want to say that the hotel staff was nothing short of amazing. I stayed for a weekend and was truly impressed by the level of hospitality and dedication shown throughout my stay. Hayat went above and beyond with her restaurant recommendations, not only suggesting them, but actually making the reservations for me. I absolutely loved her personality and attentiveness. Jordan was also wonderful, very attentive, full of great ideas, and always willing to share locations and spots for my friend and me to check out. I will definitely be coming back. This is officially my new go-to hotel in Seattle.

From the moment we arrived, Jason and Jordan were exceptional! We were immediately greeted with genuine warmth and asked how they could best accommodate us, which truly set the tone for our stay. Their hospitality and attentiveness went above and beyond and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We also really enjoyed the room and the lobby bar, both were comfortable and inviting. This hotel has mastered true hospitality, and I will absolutely be staying here again for all of my future visits.

We tend to stay at Marriott properties since we’re Bonvoy members, and AC Hotels are easily one of our favorites. The simple, modern decor is chef’s kiss. We’ve stayed at AC locations in Beaverton, Pleasanton, and multiple times in Seattle—and the Seattle location continues to impress. We’re local to Washington and live in Tacoma, and this has become our go-to hotel for nights out in Seattle. It’s consistently comfortable, stylish, and reliable, which makes it an easy choice every time. The staff is exceptional across the board, from valet to the front desk to the bar. Kobe truly stands out—he never misses the mark. He’s kind, welcoming, and has an incredible sense of hospitality that makes you feel more like a friend than a guest. Sabrina is also wonderfully warm and friendly. I regret never waking up in time to try the breakfast, but the bar is fantastic. My go-to is the espresso martini, and I really appreciate that it’s made with real espresso—not cold brew. The AC Hotel absolutely nails the little touches: a DIY lavender turndown service, eucalyptus and mint shower steamers, and hydration stations with filtered water. These thoughtful details elevate the stay and make it feel extra comfortable. Clean, comfortable rooms and consistently great service keep us coming back. Highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience from the service of all individuals I interacted with. Felt appreciated, welcome, and truly valued as a guest. Jaydra, Victor, Hyat, Sabrina, Joe, Madison, Jason, Sandra, and Crystal. I did not have any bad experience at all with them. No inconvenience. Jaydra, especially went above and beyond to answer me promptly and meet the needs I requested. I kept coming back to the desk quite often and calling down from the room to ask for things quite a bit. I felt like I was becoming an annoyance at a point or another. Im a bit too self conscious of myself and my actions. Needless to say, I had a great experience. Highly recommend staying here for business, or short term pleasure to experience the city. Location is a three star just because it is not the friendliest to get to based on route that needs to be taken to get to there. Other than that, a great quite spot from my experience thus far.

We had a great stay at the AC Hotel Seattle Downtown, and it made our honeymoon even more special. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating from the start, and you could really feel that they cared about making our stay memorable. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the location made it easy to enjoy the city. A special thank you to Kristalyn and Jaidrah, as they were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and their hospitality truly stood out. We’re so happy we chose to stay here for our honeymoon and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle.
