The location and the friendly staff

Cons N/a

Not well maintained! Poor facility- do not recommend but staff are great!

The service! All the staff is amazing! Kind and friendly and professional.

Cons Not clean at all! The elevators and hallways were very dirty and had a damp, unpleasant smell. The shower in the room I stayed in smelled terrible, almost like mold, which made the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available for showers at night due to an issue with a broken heater. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were very disappointing and definitely need improvement.

Stay went well. Polite staff, lobby was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

The room was small but we made it work! Everything was nice.

Cons The size of the room. And that I wasn’t booked the room I was told.

The literal and convenience

It’s lovely I wish they’d honor my request

Love it but I always ask for a high floor and the night clerk always puts me at the bottom on purpose

Cons The staff won’t honor my request for a high floor
