Lack of care for guests

I liked how close it was to everything and how open the parking lot was.

Cons I was downgraded from the accessible room I originally booked after being asked if it was actually necessary. The room is was given was way smaller and the shower was extremely small. The worst part, it was our wedding day. We were only staying for one night before boarding our flight.

The staff were very nice and kind, and I appreciated their help. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location isn't too bad. The metro is right outside the hotel that takes to downtown and it is right next to the airport. Overall, it was a very comfortable and nice stay

Cons The breakfast is very misleading. I paid extra for breakfast, but I was surprised when I realized that the minibar food (prepackaged muffins/cookies, cereal, frozen food, fruits) were all there is for breakfast. Also, the wifi is basically non-functional. I tried and tried, but wifi never worked.

Will stay here again when we fly out of PDX.

Location to PDX and Cascade Station is excellent. Love the free transfer to the airport.

Cons Pillows are very big & hard.

Check-in clerk was great. Bar tender was great also,

Cons Room was OK, sink area not clean, dirty glass in room from another visitor.

We were looking for airport closeness
