‘Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach

Close to Waikīkī beach close to stores shopping

Cons The hall way of the room on the 8th floor really had a strong bad odor

Won’t stay again. Waste of money.

Location was nice and the staff working in the breakfast pool bar area were the most pleasant and accommodating.

Cons Outside of the beautiful lobby…the rest of the resort isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. Rooms and bathrooms are regular and not updated. Might as well stay at a 3 star hotel. The cleaning staff and front desk staff could work on their hospitality. One guy got smart with me. I asked if I could scan the QR code to be able to register my car for parking and he said “oh you mean the same one we have up in the garage” … like he was annoyed that I got in line to ask him. It’s was off putting. Also I stayed 3 nights. My room was half cleaned the first night. Beds were only made. The trash didn’t get taken out and the bathrooms never got cleaned. Had to call down for clean towels three times because they never came to clean my room. My do not disturb sign was never on the door handle. When I called down for towels, they knocked and sat them on the floor outside of my room. The filthy carpeted floor. Who does that? I will not spend money here again.

Location was perfect

Cons La colazione

Showing its age and needs a revamp on the inside.

Excellent location opposite Waikīkī beach. The large aquarium is a highlight and the hotel gym is great!

Cons The rooms are very dated. Old carpet in the rooms which isn't nice to walk on without shoes. Bathroom was very cramped and mouldy. The hallway to the pool and pool restaurant is carpeted and it smelled really mouldy.
