The location is great, absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean! That is about the only thing that is impressive about this hotel. The staff is ok. Although they are friendly and polite, they are not very competent. They gave me the wrong directions several times. The entire property is not managed well. Our room was in bad shape with paint coming off, some of the cabinets were sticky and worst of all, the beds squeaked. The whole place needs a refresh and it is not up to five star standards.

Cons 객실 안의 시설이 노후화 되어 있었습니다. 침대 매트리스 밑에 나무 침대였는데 매트리스 위에서 움직이면 나무에서 소리가 났습니다. 그래서 잠을 설쳤습니다. 또한, 티비가 스마트티비가 아니어서 아쉬웠습니다.

Way over-priced. The check-in process was horrible. No acknowledgment when we arrived about an hour early. Simply told to wait till 3 pm. To access the pool, have an idiotic policy that you have to wear a swim suit. I was wanted to take a look around the facility. Lastly, tired of being nickeled and dimed. For the price, i think allowing full access to the facility including the pool side cabanas would have been the right thing to do. I will not stay at this property again at this price.

Cons Service and charging for everything. Felt like being nickeled and dimed during the entire stay.
