Cons The hotel lost power night and had to move to another hotel. Not the hotel’s fault but it was inconvenient! The staff was very helpful!

Bathroom lights are dimmable - that is genius! Big bathroom. Super comfortable beds. Great pillows..Great heating/cooling system. Appreciated the free water. You make great lattés. The wonderful woman from El Salvador at reception when we arrived.

Had I known how much the pet fee was, I wouldn't have stayed there.
The location was great and everyone was super nice.
Cons Everything was perfect, but what disappointed me was the dog fee. First when I was booking, I did not see that there was a fee to bring my dog. Second, I called to make sure that it was okay and if they needed to know ahead of time. When I called they told me about the $125 fee and when I showed up, I was told that it was actually $150. They honored the $125 fee that I was told on the phone. My room fee was $229, so you can imagine my shock when I found out that I was going to be charged more than half of my room fee to bring my dog. When I called and asked what it came with, she told me nothing. They did put a small dog bed and bowls in there, but the pet fee feels excessive especially when I'm not getting a bigger room and it is costing me more than half of my room fee.

The property is absolutely lovely. It’s modern, but comfy, not all glass and chrome. Every space made me want to sit and enjoy. They lit the fire pit for us and we had AKB delivered to us there. The entire experience made me want to come back for a longer stay.
Cons There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The location was perfect-right in the heart of Old Town. Sophia at the front desk was wonderful-professional, very personable, and went out of her way to find us another room when the airconditioner was not working in our room. Nice fitness center and soap
