I loved the room. It was spacious with tall ceilings. The breakfast area and lobby are was also cute and parking was free and convenient.
Cons The tv would not move past one channel. We had a plan tk watch a movie and could not get the tv remote to work. There was no option to stream.

Cons The location is away from the main part of town. Which is fine. You’re very close to Highway one. And you can drive to pretty much anything in 10 to 15 minutes. But if you’re hoping for something close to the beach or close to town you’ll be disappointed. The first room I was given the closet door came off in my hands. The front door opening into the closet is poorly designed, and I can see this happening in a lot of rooms. The hotel isn’t very old, but their rooms are already used and abused pretty heavily. The second room I was given the shower floor was already scuffed and stained. The toilet seat cover was scuffed very badly as if somebody had stood on it with heavy work boots. The sink was scratched. The general cleanliness of the room was OK. But in the area of the bed, there was evidence of male bodily fluid all over the wall closest to the bed. Which was really gross. The staff in person was friendly enough and helpful. But the challenge is that they’re not always present .and when they’re not present, it is virtual staff by means of a kiosk. Unfortunately, during my stay the city did an emergency shut off of the water at the hotel site. And nobody thought to inform the virtual staff so they could not answer any of my questions about the water being shut off. And then when it was time to check out, there, wasn’t any in person or virtual staff available. I really don’t understand the point of having a virtual staff if they’re not available during the hours where an in person human is not.
The lady at check in was extremely nice.
Cons There was a constant dripping noise in my unit that I couldn’t remedy.
We stood a single evening but will return again because we are very pleased with everything overall.
