Cons The rooms were not functional for more than one person or if you brought luggage. No place to place luggage. Only one person could fit in the bathroom at a time. The closet was microscopic and could not fit anything longer than a jacket. Phone reception was horrible. At the time we were there there was a ton of maintenance going on and we were asked to keep our shades down, and people were knocking on the door at 9 AM to repair the air conditioner. And all of that is for $500 a night.

Stylish hotel in a perfect Williamsburg location with amazing Manhattan views, a great rooftop and lots of nice extras.

Amazing location in the heart of Williamsburg, surrounded by great cafés, bars and restaurants. The hotel is modern, stylish and clean. We had a balcony with an incredible Manhattan skyline view. The rooftop is a highlight, and we loved the little extras like City Bike passes, free luggage storage and activities such as rooftop yoga.

Cons The shower kept leaking onto the bathroom floor. It didn’t seem broken, but rather poorly designed. Some parts of the bathroom layout also felt a little impractical. The rooftop can get quite loud due to parties until around midnight, but this didn’t bother us too much.

Cons The rooms are TINY! The bathroom was the smallest hotel bathroom I’ve ever encountered. The sink could not fit any of my personal amenities.

Great staff, pool and location but breakfast not worth the money and hotel need overall maintenance

Location, pool, friendly staff (except the waiter at the breakfast)

Cons Elevator broken down and when working still long waits, also because of all the non guests visiting the rooftop party’s. Breakfast includes coffee but not a cappuccino, will be charged extra. Price of breakfast doesn’t value what you get in return, food very salty. Carpet in hall rundown and dirty. Hotel besides down stairs area really needs attention

I really liked it, especially the activities they do on the rooftop.

Nice activities, a lot of things to do inside and outside.

Cons The service took longer than expected sometimes. If I would request something to be brought up to my room it would take from an hour to three hours. It’s okay cause everyone was still friendly and I still got what I requested every time, however, usually such services are quicker.
