Room was clean, hallway in 1st floor had pizza smeared into carpet.
Cons We were in a wing close to street .
It is a good value. You are quite a way from the OSF area and Lithia park. You need to drive.
Great pool area. Comfortable bed.
Cons Room could use remodeling. Our room overlooked parking and highway 5. Inner courtyard room would have been worth a bit more money.

Quiet, easy freeway access, balcony sold it for us.
Balcony, so we got plenty of fresh air. Easy, no-stairs access to our room.
Cons The hotel is a bit old and has a slight old/musty smell. I'm hyper-sensitive to cleaning detergent smells and aging buildings.

Top value for the money! Very close to downtown Ashland. It was clean, and quiet. Overall, go and enjoy the area!!
