Excellent stay, very nice employees, nice room and good location.
It is clean and very picturesque with beautiful plants.
Cons The windows are facing the corridor so as soon as you are in the room you must put the blinds down otherwise there is no privacy. This is especially true on the first floor.
This hotel had a classic feel and great view of the pool!
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They took care of my needs and even saved my things when there was a miscommunication when I rebooked. The lobby is very welcoming too.

Honestly, there was nothing I liked about my experience at this property. I was physically pushed by Starbucks staff while I was with my son, and I was pregnant at the time. I also had a concerning experience with a waiter at Goldie involving my coffee. While I was away from my room, staff entered and removed my personal belongings, including my son’s diaper wipes and toys. After these incidents, management ultimately kicked me out rather than addressing the way my family and I were treated. Overall, I felt unsafe, disrespected, and extremely uncomfortable during my stay.
