Great staff, convenient location with easy access to parking.
Access to the parking was good. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk was very kind and welcoming.
Cons I found the room to not live up to the expectations I had when reserving the "presidential suite". It was an ordinary room with a kitchenette, lacking the luxury feel I was expecting for the $700 I spent for only two nights (weekdays).
Great place for concert stays
Staff was great. Very helpful and accommodating. They know their clientele. We were there for BTS concert and on check-in we received a coffee with our favorite member
