Am not happy about the money transaction at all

I like everything but the payment method I don’t no what you guys are using but my money was deducted 2 times more and still looking for a refund which not coming

Cons I don’t like the fact that I can’t receive my extra $200 that was deducted on my account

The staff was nice. Hard to understand but nice.

Cons The pool was dirty, the sauna didn't work, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely shit. The coffee was burnt and the waffles taste like cardboard. The sheets pop off the bed all the time and the couch looked like it had tetanus.

It seemed the pool was being utilized by tons of guests

Cons The toilet was dirty, the room had a smell to it, the sheet had a stain on it, the receptionist was not friendly at all, there was no main room light it was just 3 super dim lamps

Cons Nothing really. It was older but the price was right.

Poor customer service, maintenance not available until morning, room temperature hard to regulate.
