Rooms are small with tight luggage space, but clean and quiet with comfy beds. Staff are friendly and helpful, though check-in can be slow. Excellent breakfast and free transit passes make it convenient for exploring Basel, though the hotel charges extra fees and some guests found the room temperature hard to control.
