Belgrade City Hotel

The hotel has helpful staff and a great central location, but rooms in the annex building are small, poorly maintained, and lack elevators. Heating sometimes fails in winter. Main building rooms are larger and better, though the hotel doesn't always disclose which building you'll get when booking.
