Best Western Alderwood

Clean Facilities

quiet, generous amenities and kind staff

it was small but clean, the parking lot felt safe, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. housekeeping was respectful and quick. breakfast was varied and good all the days we stayed. the pool is small, and shallow, but well maintained and nice for relaxing.

Cons the hot tub was under maintenance which we didnt learn until after check in, it was a bummer since it was part of why we booked this location, but the upsides out weighed that. and I do appreciate them maintaining the property.

Great value , wonderful staff.

I liked the location and absolutely loved the staff. Everyone was kind and upbeat.

Cons It had some normal wear and tear.

Great location from the freeway.

Cons The room was very small and had a musty smell.

Price and location is good.

Location was nice and made it easy to get to places. Close to the mall and good eats. When we checked in the front desk lady was amazing! Made us giggle and gave us great directions to dinner. I wish the hot tub was working but it was broken down. Also the area for breakfast was super clean, food was hot and coffee was great!

Cons Bathrooms are super small, have to step in and then close the door as you stand back by the toilet. Room could have be a bit cleaner. There were condoms along side the night table when we first got to our room.
