Cons Was told a staff person would reply to me after 7:00am 9/12. Still waiting 15 hours later
Price was good, Pet Friendly, Microwave and Refrigerator. Convince to Shows on strip. Shower was nice. Breakfast was good.
Cons Bed was not comfortable for me. Made noise getting in and out of bed as bed frame not stable. Air Conditioner was running all night set at 74@. Bedding light.
Staff was lovely, cleanliness was not up to our standards.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. When we decided not to stay they worked to refund us ASAP.
Cons Upon arrival our room was filthy- one bed was covered in dirt and the other had what looked like foot marks on the sheets? The weather stripping was also completely missing from the bottom of the door, leaving it essentially open to the outdoors. We opted to leave and stay at a different hotel.
Breakfast was amazing and the pillows were great!
