I mean you get what you paid for was not there long

The outside area and breakfast area was clean. It’s located right off the highway and convenient near food and gas.

Cons The room floor was not swept or mopped and was leaving my foot black and well as a crawling baby hands black. It needed a detailed clean.

Stay Away - Horrible Experience!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Booked stay here online. Called motel in early afternoon to let them know we would be a late check-in. At check-in, we were told they had “mistakenly” given our room to someone else. There were no more rooms available and the vast majority of rooms in the community were booked due to a cae show. After an hour, they found us another room in another motel that cost us an additional $150. Motel is refusing to pay the $150. Called main BW customer number and they told me motel hasn’t responded! Stay Away!!!

Cons Facilities were very outdated and apparently hard to keep clean and working. Drains were slow to drain and would back up. Doors and door jams were old and unaligned to the point that our main door would only stick shut but would not lock at door knob. Floors in room apparently hadn't been cleaned in awhile, as upon checkin, are feet were black and dirty within minutes of walking on them. Ended up wearing shoes the remainder of the time to avoid the uncleaniness, even during the night, to and from bathroom. Been a fan of Best Westerns my entire adult life, and never have been disappointed, UNTIL my visit to Roseburg's Best Western!
