Rooms are inconsistently cleaned with peeling tub paint, loose faucets, and stained towels. Beds have deep dents and lack comfort. WiFi cuts out, hot water fails sometimes, and front desk staff are dismissive when you report problems. Management refuses refunds and won't compensate for issues.
