Flagged forcleanliness issues · inconsistency with room readiness
Location, great staff. Kandi assisted with breakfast when closing 9am. I appreciate it
Cons Tub drainer over flow onto bathroom floor. Bed made me itchy possible bed bugs.
Very nice & safe area in Lakewood; beautifully maintained property.
Room is spacious, clean, comfortable, has 2 suitcase stands, good shower. Hotel is well maintained, friendly and responsive (especially Josephine), convenient parking. Excellent breakfast with a variety of selection and lactose free coffee cream & yogurt.
Cons My travel plans forced me to eventually say goodbye.
Friendly staff
Cons Didn't like the security hold on my card or having to provide my home address.
I didn't
Cons They have bed bugs. I got bite all over my body. The worst experience ever.
Friendly staff and generally comfortable beds, but the hotel is very dated and needs updating. We killed so many spiders
The woman at the front desk was lovely and made check-in a breeze.
Cons Spiders. There’s a huge gap to the outside under the front door that lets them in.
Good waffle. Location was close to my event.
Cons Everything was fine.
