Best Western New Oregon
Praised forcleanliness · friendly staff · great location · good breakfast
Flagged forcleaning issues · pool temperature · small shower
The hotel was full but you wouldn't know it because it was so quiet
Cons I have no complaints
Clean & Convenient
This was just a pit stop on our way through Oregon on route to California. Didn’t arrive until midnight and someone still on front desk which was good. Easy off the highway, breakfast included.
Cons Rooms looked better online. Very dated but didn’t worry us as we were only there for 8 hours!
Location
Cons Smoke detector was going off, sounded like they had put someone in the room already and they asked to be move, then put us in it. Also, we had to share the room with a family of sugar ants....
Excellent
Kind accommodating staff
