Cleanest room I’ve stayed in a long time

Everything was clean Breakfast was good The breakfast workers were very busy & did a good job but had trouble keeping up with so many guests.

Cons The coffee machine was slow for the amount of guests there at one time. Then it broke but was replace with couple carafes. One waffle maker was insufficient when guests were make three or four at a shot. Waited an hour for someone to let me cut in to make one. Aberdeen is not a pretty city ~

It was comforting and great for the price.

The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast had a decent amount of selections.

Cons Didn't have enough toiletries. Had to go to Walmart and buy what I needed.

As expected for a Best Western. Good location to stay, room was comfortable and clean.

Cons Bun-fight for breakfast and only 1 toaster that did not work well.

Overpriced for value offered & lack of customer service

Cons Overpriced. To pay $200 plus tax for this hotel and location was a downer. I requested the staff if I could check out a bit later (30 mins to 1 hr) so that I could get some work done, and the employee told me that it was not possibole as there was a big group coming. I think it was a bit strict and lack of customer service. These are the small gestures that can go a long way. Don't be surprised if I don't stay at this hotel again.
