it was very close to everything and good parking

Cons Pool was not open, that’s why i booked it and it wasn’t even open. None of the outlets worked in the bathroom so we couldn’t get ready properly. No ceiling light in the main area so we had to use the lamp. not enough towels in the room and bathroom shower was literally falling apart. worst hotel i stayed in.

Cons Curb appeal was horrible, at the entryway the trash cans were overflowing all three days never emptied. There was no coffee pot in my room and I believe the price was changed when I went to look for my Booking reservation. The prices were all masked out. I stayed three days one was 108 one was 179 and one was 159. I was upset.

Housekeeping Failure

Cons Housekeeping. Myself, my daughter and her service dog stayed there 8 days and no one cleaned our room or changed the linens on our beds. I asked front desk to make sure they cleaned. It did not happen. As much as we travel, I was disappointed in this stay. I had to ask for clean sheets and I changed the beds myself.
