Best Western Plus Caldwell Inn & Suites

Good breakfast.

Never again will I stay at this facility. Discussting

I liked that the hot tub was nice.

Cons The room was filthy, pet hair on the floors some kind of what looked like bodily fluid on the curtain handles. There was absolutely no water pressure in the showers and there were wires protruding from the base boards.

Clean comfortable clean but bate and switch on price and room

The beds were comfortable, clean floors-not carpet, and the room was very quiet

Cons They didn’t honor what I booked and paid for on Booking!!!!! I got a smaller room but they still charged me the larger room price!!! They would not refund me the difference!!! I even confirmed it through “canary” the message system with Booking, showed them the messages from the hotel but they just said they didn’t have the messages and they had given away the room I had booked. Also, the walls and the bathroom were not very clean.

Convenient for what we wanted enjoyed the stay

Cons Nothing really

Great breakfast but outdated, tight rooms

The breakfast was fantastic but the rooms were outdated and quirky. We had a double queen room and the beds were so crammed in there that you couldn't walk around them on one side. Very squeaky bathroom door and the air conditioning could be better but was too close to the bed (inches away).

It was good other than water coming in from the room next door.

Good location
