Best Western Plus Columbia River Inn

The staff was fantastic! Location is awesome.

Cons It didn't bother me, but there are train tracks below the property and the noise might be an issue for some.

Mediocre , disappointing and would not recommend

Located in a very small depressed seedy area, but on beautiful waterfront. Breakfast in the restaurant wasn’t nearly inedible . The pool was closed and Green . The windows in the room need to be cleaned so you can see the beautiful view.

Cons We should have been compensated for the closure of the pool. We went to the Sister hotel in Hood River best Western and it was beautiful. We ate dinner there and we treated very well. If I had known there was such a difference in two hotels I would have stayed at Hood River.

A Fantastic Place to Stay

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views. Room was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and featured way above average breakfast fare in a well managed, efficiently run restaurant.

Cons We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 and were told the room simply needed to be checked by a supervisor. 45 minutes later we were finally given our room key. It would have been nice to be allowed entry to our room just a bit earlier. So many guests left before 9 in the morning, it's hard to believe it takes that long to turn over a room.

We just to love this hotel.

The room was by the Columbia river and had a beautiful view. The room was very big, clean room and a comfortable bed. We really loved this place.

Cons The room rate was a little high.

Very clean,the staff are very helpful.
