Everyone was very kind and helpful, close to our plans
Cons We went to do laundry and there were no chairs for you to use while you waited on your clothes. Very inconvenient. That was worse than the elevator being out of service.
For what we paid for one night was not worth it
Very convenient being so close to the Tacoma Dome
Cons Upon arrival, there was food in the fridge of my room. There was no water pressure and there was no remote for the TV.
The elevator was broke during my stay. (Not good for a 67 year old to have to carry suitcases upn3 flights of stairs). T

Stay was okay. Location was great for our purpose. Just wish the homeless weren't right outside.
Breakfast was decent. Staff made sure food was replenished.
Cons Parking was a challenge. There was an overflow lot outside around the corner somewhere but lots of homeless people hang around right outside the hotel so it doesn't feel quite safe to park outside or in the street fronting the hotel. The parking in the basement of the hotel had a minimal amount of stalls but at least it was only accessible by using your room key.
