Best Western Plus Lacey Inn & Suites

Good location near the freeway

The location was good and various services were conveniently located nearby

Cons Location near to the freeway.

Very nice and well kept hotel.

Very clean and spacious hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons Great location and despite a very busy location, it was easy to get to and from.

the front staff, they were friendly for most part

Cons We were there for 6 days, the room was cleaned the 2nd day, we informed staff that we had to use majority of the towels to keep floor dry, shower curtain was to short causing water to get everywhere, room wasn't cleaned until we asked the day before we left, damp towels on the floor, garbage full until we made the request.

I literally can't brag enough about Ian at the Lacey, WA branch!

Everything looked very clean and the room was very comfortable.

It was a nice place

Clean

Cons Location wasn’t great for what we needed
