Cons Dated, tired, bad towels, bed making, carpet was dirty and old. Mediocre breakfast.
It was a good trip to visit family.
Location in liberty Lake. Good selection in the mini store. Friendly staff at breakfast.
Cons The length of time for check-in was too long. You need to have more than one person working in the front desk during that 3 to 5 PM hour. The key cards continually stopped working. That was a hassle. When I went in the gym, the elliptical machine did not work. There were two hairs in the tub — on different sides of the tub and they weren’t ours.
Not the greatest Best Western I've stayed at.
The location is good. The rooms were large.
Cons The welcome at the front desk was not very welcoming. We asked about a happy hour hosted by the hotel. We were told we couldn't go because it was for Rewards members only. Didn't ask if we were rewards members. The fitted sheets didn't fit the mattresses so they pulled off the top as soon as you got into bed.
Clean property around the building and inside. Very safe for me and my family
Cons Parking wasn't the greatest but worth it for the cleanliness

Cons Das Hotel ist alt und ungepflegt. Es wird sehr schlecht gereinigt. Die Rezeptionistin mit den schwarzen Lippen und den schwarzen Fingernägeln gehört nicht an den Empfang. Sie ist sehr unfreundlich und hat mit uns kein einziges Wort gesprochen. Das Zimmer war eine dunkle Höhle. Vor dem Zimmer wurde geraucht und die Klimaanlage hat den ganzen Shit ins Zimmer geblasen. Einen Zimmerservice gibt es nicht. Was in der sogenannten Hausordnung steht ist schlicht gelogen. Das Frühstück besteht nur aus Pappe und Plastik, sowie Industriefood. Die Beschreibungen von "delicious" sind reiner Zynismus. Die Dusche ist unbrauchbar, die Betten viel zu hoch. Praktisch keine Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 Personen. Das ganze Hotel ist eine Zumutung. Zynismus pur. Nie mehr wieder.
