Cons How rude pushy and unprofessional the staff was, especially when it came to extending our stay. They demand payment or were going to kick my family with 4 little kids.out until check in time which would have mentioned packing yp 4 kids and all our stuff to sit outside for 4 hours to just checl in again cus I wasn't fast enough to get down stairs woth my card. They act like there isnt other things going on in the world.where people arent busy? Try being a mother of 4 young children, and juggling that with everything else going on in our life. They got payment & received it everytime. Jamie is extremely unprofessional when it comes to hospitality.

Wonderful accommodations, rotten breakfast food.

The room was wonderful and most of the staff was great. The location is perfect for us.

Cons Unfortunately, the food for breakfast left a lot to be desired. The majority of those around were complaining about the food. I did not find any who cared for the burrito food. The biscuit and gravy for the second day was unappetizing. I am afraid the food selection will cause us to look for another place to stay even though we really enjoy the rest of the hotel.

I enjoyed the people and the location

Cons There was mold on my walls, made my asthma start up. Wallpaper was peeling everywhere. Bathrooms were not clean. And got charged an extra $50 to check in early when I drove 19 hours from Arizona. And i’ve stayed with this place for 10 years. And this was definitely the worst experience.
