Chambre spacieuse, lits confortables, personnel agréable et petit déjeuner complet. La piscine avec le jacuzzi ouverts H24 est un grand plus, et la buanderie est très pratique. :)

Cons Il y’avait des traînées de café au sol vers la salle de bain et les joints silicone de la baignoire étaient complètement moisis. J’ai également de la peine à comprendre les hôtels qui se veulent être « eco responsables » en indiquant que le service de chambre ne sera pas fait quotidiennement, mais par contre toute la vaisselle de la chambre et du petit déjeuner est en plastique.

Cons I walked past a white female managers talking with a Spanish speaking maid. A gentleman asked the woman why she was telling the maid everything about who needs to do what and she stated "she's the only one that understands me". I felt like this was highly inappropriate because thats not the maids job. The manager needs to be bilingual or the maid needs a rise because translation is a job within itself. This really bothered me.

Great customer service

I would firstvlike to say the customer service here was excellent!!!!. We had a great experience from check in and check out.. And then at our next hotel my husband realized he forgot his massager he uses for his back on the bed it was under the bedding from us packing up .We called right away and the ftont desk went back and looked and caught it in laundry before it had gone through the wash. She had told me she would have it sent to us after she spoke to her manager the next day which was Monday and she would call me..We were at the airport and she did call and she went that day and sent me the tracking info and we received it 3 days ago .Most hotels could if said we didnt find it or kept it etc.I was very impressed .And we are very very happy to have it back as it was not cheap. So I trust this hotel staff and I enjoyed our stay ...Thanks again for great customer service.
