Best Western Plus Waltham Boston

We stay at this location once or twice a year and it never disappoints.

Everything was great from the first greeting to the check out. On-Site restaurant is fantastic. Amazing menu and staff. Great coffee station - loved the latte! Really great free breakfast - lots to choose from and everything tasted very good. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons Ice machine on every floor would be great!

Cons The location is not great for getting into downtown Boston quickly

Excellent well located hotel for touring the Boston region, in particular the "Battle Road" sites.

Everything was excellent. The desk clerk responded with several good suggestions regarding finding a dinner location. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom clean and there was no noise. Breakfast buffet was the usual assortment (no waffle, but a pancake machine) and very easy to manage. A very nice restaurant with bar is located within the hotel. The staff allowed for a one-hour late departure at my request. The location of the hotel just off the Interstate about 40 minutes from downtown Boston and near the "Battle Road" sites in Lexington and Concord. Overall, a very good stay.

Only the location and the staff working there were the plus points.

Cons The rooms were dated and didn’t smell clean. I booked 3 rooms with 2 double beds in each and one room they didn’t have what I paid for and gave me 1 king size bed. I was told they would refund that night back to my booking.com account within 3/5 days and I’m still waiting and it’s day 7. Also my deposit refund for 1 room still hasn’t been paid back onto my card!!!
