Dining area was clean and roomy. Warm/hot dishes were labeled so we knew what was under the lid.

Cons French toast could have been much more toasted. The orange juice was rather odd.

Great place to stay for the money,staff was great too

The staf and the lounge area. Clean and fresh. Love the sitting area in our room.

Cons No elevator for handicap, toilet was very low and it was difficult for me to get up after using. The toilet. T.v. was out all evening due to storm. But overall nice stay

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE STAYING THERE IT RAN VERY SMOOTHLY

Bed bugs in room, but don't expect them to admit it.

Did I mention the bed bugs? Stayed one night with the family and later in the day after we had checked out, we started noticing the bites (it's normal for bed bug bites to not show up right away). Literally head to toe on all three of us. We contacted the hotel to let them know of the problem, we weren't even asking for compensation at that point, just telling them so they could take care of it before they put someone else in the room. After they said they would look in to it and then not hearing anything for a couple of days, we called back to ask what they found. The front desk told us that the manager claimed to have tried to call us earlier in the day (there were no missed calls). When we finally did get to talk to the manager, their response... "We didn't find anything, but treated the room anyway." The pictures attached are a sampling of the ones we sent them (these are just of me, not the other family members). You can decide if it was nothing.
